"I started my career at Costa Coffee as a barista in December 2018. In just 4 months, I was promoted to Shift Leader and then Barista Maestro. Following this, and after only six months, I was promoted to Store Manager. In this short time, I developed both professionally and personally. I learned to set priorities and work in a more efficient and organized way. What makes Costa Coffee unique is the opportunities people have for development. Hard work and love for coffee is recognized and rewarded, always in a transparent, fair way.

With over 45 year of operation, Costa Coffee has set high standards that lead to our success. We have learned to follow these standards and serve a unique exceptional experience to our customers.

I am proud of the relationship I have developed with my team; we feel like a family and we know we can always count on each other.
